In 2020, the Hutchinson-Reno County Arts and Humanities (HRAH) Council connected with Hutch Rec to take a closer look at arts and culture in our region – from recreational creative experiences for the youth and public, all the way to industry development that identifies and promotes the economic and cultural impact of the arts, entertainment, and tourism. HRAH and Hutch Rec work together with other local leaders to support the preservation, sustainability, and growth of the Heartland, where “our hearts are in the arts.”
